Heathrow Travels is a trading name of Heathrow Travels Ltd, registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is at 123 Bath Road, Heathrow, Middlesex, UB3 5AL.

We are fully bonded members of ATOL (Air Travel Organiser's Licence) and ABTA (Association of British Travel Agents). Our ATOL number is ATOL 12345. This means your money is protected in the event of our insolvency.

A binding contract between you and Heathrow Travels is formed when we issue a booking confirmation and receive your deposit or full payment. The lead passenger must be at least 18 years of age and is responsible for ensuring all party members comply with these terms.

All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion. Prices quoted are valid at the time of enquiry and may change before a booking is confirmed.

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due no later than 10 weeks before departure. For bookings made within 10 weeks of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

We accept payment by credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. Credit card payments may be subject to a processing fee. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation charges apply as follows: more than 70 days before departure — deposit only; 43–70 days — 50% of total cost; 29–42 days — 70% of total cost; 15–28 days — 90% of total cost; 14 days or fewer — 100% of total cost.

We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to cover cancellation costs. Amendment fees may apply for changes to names, dates, or destinations after booking confirmation.

We strongly advise all customers to take out adequate travel insurance before departure. Your insurance should cover cancellation, medical expenses, personal liability, and loss of baggage. We can arrange travel insurance on your behalf — please ask for details.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your party hold valid passports and any required visas for your destination. We recommend checking entry requirements with the relevant embassy or consulate. We accept no liability for any costs incurred due to failure to obtain the correct documentation.

You are responsible for ensuring you meet any health requirements for your destination, including vaccinations. Please consult your GP or a travel health clinic before travelling.

We accept responsibility for ensuring the holiday you book with us is supplied as described and reaches a reasonable standard. If any part of your holiday is not provided as promised, we will pay you appropriate compensation, subject to the limitations set out in these terms.

We cannot accept liability for any loss, damage, or expense resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to war, civil unrest, natural disasters, pandemics, or acts of government.

If you have a complaint during your holiday, you must report it to the relevant supplier (hotel, airline, etc.) and to our emergency contact number immediately. If the matter is not resolved, please submit a written complaint to us within 28 days of returning home.

As an ABTA member, we are obliged to maintain a high standard of service. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may refer it to ABTA's dispute resolution service.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
